Fashion show: the Greatest business strategy

Frankly, I never agree with the concept that "fashion" is a merchandise. Yet, I wouldn't disagree that "fashion shows" is one of the best marketing strategies ever. It keeps you obsessed with a certain designers' items until they are available. Once they arrive in stores, you simply couldn't be the second person to own it!
Miu Miu 2012 SS

On my confession, I'm also one of them lol.

When I first laid eyes on these Miuccia Prada hilarious yet sophisticated hand bags last September from fashion show photos, I was like "Omg, this is so Miu Miu!" The golden or leather handle gave a more grown-up touch to the overall look. I could only image how outstanding it would match with simple outfits.

So when I saw this ad campaign the other day, I just couldn't wait to feel the magic!

And it looks even better on my hand than on display haha.
I especially like the one with four roses leather, finished by a polished golden handle.

This collection also comes with beautiful matching shoes.

Even though I am not so much a shoe person, I still want to bring them home lol...
What can I say? It's spring time and floras are in the air :)

Masterpiece inspired design: Put an art work on

Galleries and museums are the places I would never get tired of. Ever since I was a little girl, I would beg my mom to take me to those exhibitions ALMOST EVERYDAY during the sumer vacations.

I love how Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni made his sculptures breathing, how Claude Monet's kept pounds of water lilies dancing to the wind, and the list can go on and on... So when I saw this ad of 7 For all Mankind on the Vogue the other day, I was amazed. It was a whole new piece of artwork as what Monet would do if he was asked to create one onto denim. It was a love at the first sight!

Okie, maybe this is too over-rated. Please forgive me that I never actually been to Musée du Louvre or Musee d'Orsay to experience the real magic from those authentic master works. Yet, this is the closest I can get far far away from Asia.

This is my favorite museum of all times (at least, based on my museum visiting history)- National Palace Museum in Taipei, Taiwan. It stores some of the most delicate and oriented pieces from paintings, chinas, musical instruments to fine jewelry. Well, I don't want to exaggerate it to much, but if you come to Taiwan, you must pay a visit there.

The ultimate designers' guide

I was reading my newest magazine order the the other day, and I just can't get enough of it! There is nothing like Net-A-Porter 2012 SS Magazine, while so many magazines displaying the latest trend and what is "IN" for the season. Net-A-Porter magazine is the ultimate designers' dream wardrobe.

Well... I do appreciate high-low mixture. Yet I would still like to invest and complete my look in designers' collections. Some of them are simply timeless classic! After all, a gril can still dream about having their money at which they can see.

So, my point is that if I am only going to buy ONE magazine this spring, well, I've already owned the one I need:))

p.s. I am going to share with you some of the cutest fashion jewelry designs in other days. Stay tunned!
